Gina is a Certified Reflexologist, Spiritual Director, and Pre-Licensed Mental Health Counselor, dedicated to supporting the mind, body, emotions, and soul as an integrated whole. She received her Reflexology certification through Sole Purpose Reflexology in Woodstock, IL where she studied the holistic practice of working with reflex points in the feet to support the body’s organs and systems. Through mindful, intentional touch, Gina helps promote relaxation, ease physical discomfort, support nervous system regulation, and facilitates the release of emotional tension, encouraging the body’s natural capacity for healing and balance. In her work, Gina combines contemplative presence with clinical awareness, guiding each session with deep listening, compassion, and respect for the individual’s unique needs. Whether clients are addressing chronic pain, ongoing illness, post-operative recovery, tension from long-term conditions, fatigue, digestive or hormonal imbalances, stress, or emotional overwhelm — or simply seeking restorative stillness and a deeply relaxing session — Gina holds space for healing on multiple levels, honoring each person’s unique experience.
